Best Method to log schedule change

hey flyers, I had a 3 day trip today with 14:55 showtime

However, one of the chief pilots picked up my trip, hence i get paid; but not flying the trip

How should i log this in APDL?

Probably change the payroll category to "canceled". Make sure canceled is set to "apply to pay" in your settings/payroll and that should do it.

Or maybe cancelled prior to duty.

figured it out. Created custom payroll "Pulled with Pay" selected only legality and pay stuff. seems to be working ok

If you didn't fly the trip I would uncheck the apply to legality option.

In my Palm version I have a payroll category called "displaced" that serves the same function. Applies to pay but not flight time.
