Question Change from VMWare to Parallels?

I am currently running LBP on an iMac using Fusion 8 and Windows XP. How can I migrate over to Parallels? Do I need to download a clean version of LBP? Do i just drag my data file to my Mac desktop and then drag it into the parallels desktop, or should i try to load a cloud backup? Will the cloud backup gave all my LBP config files (aircraft types, tail numbers, etc)?
