Hello Ron,
Here is an example of a SWA trip that you copy and paste into the app's in-app Importer or more easily you can use the
Schedule Importer on APDL.net. As with most trips you select typically the pairing/trip number down through TAFB/Crew data.
Code:
Pairing 6010 Show 5:35 24.0/20:15/3/10 legs

Copy and paste your trip data into the big box and click Process Trips. Now it's saved in your cloud account and you can open APDL and then tap Importer on the menu. Tap the button to import all trips or tap each trip individually.
Note: I believe SWA trip data is fixed in Central Time Zone and if this is the case you can only use the importer on APDL.net and NOT within the app. On the APDL.net schedule importer click "custom" for the time zone option and choose Central Time Zone (it will remember this for you next time you use it) then process your trips. The importer needs to know the time zone of your trip data as it converts it to UTC. Also, after processing your trips review your trip data in the expandable trip grid. If the trip start date shows "SET DATE" it cannot derive the trip data from your trip data so you just need to click the EDIT button on the far right and then set the date, then save, and now it's ready to import into your app.
As with anything new there is a learning curve. Once you learn the cycle it will be much easier and less frustrating. Just ask here if you have any questions and we'll gladly help and you can also refer to the app documentation at
