Installing New Version Problem

Contact support, as instructed, with your old key and it will be updated with a new key. Comments from your previous message have been moderated. This forum will be kept clean and it good taste so others can learn from others issues to help them with Logbook Pro. Your issue is not fit for this forum, again, fill out a support request at and your issue will be handled accordingly.
