Jeppesen Style Single Page format problem

Is anybody else having trouble exporting their logbook into the Jeppesen style single page format? I have a legal size binder that I periodically print my logbook into using this format and I now can't seem to get it to work. It gives me the option to either print the "split page" report or the "single page" report and even though I select "single page" it still exports as the "split page". Anybody know how to fix this issue
