login problem with LBP on windows vista

I'm trying to login to logbook pro from an older laptop. It used to work and now for some reason everytime I try to login I get an error message that says:

Error processing request:0/

Can anyone help solve this problem?

Hello Scott,

Try uninstalling it and then download and reinstall the latest from our web site.

Can you login to http://nc-software.com/myaccount ?

Try temporarily disabling any anti-virus and see if Logbook Pro is able to communicate with the Internet.

I was able to login. It was a computer clock issue. Thanks.
