New computer

If I have already installed the Soft on 2 different systems (laptop-PC), and want to change one of them for whatever reasons (crash, upgrade...) how do I activate the soft when re-installed onto the new system?

Just contact support@nc-software.com when ready to transfer your licenses for instructions. You will need to have the new computer/system ready to go at that time.

About how long does it take? I am in the process of changing DH's computer and he is furious that I don't have his logbook up and running on the same day!

Not long at all, contact support for assistance. Be sure to have your order #, date, and information including issued key code, etc.

Sent the support request yesterday. I have the original stuff, but not the upgrade keys-they all left when the computer crashed, so for that I only have the last #'s.
