I just purchase Logbook Pro Enterprise from Sporty's. The sent no Unlock code, but did charge my card. I called them and they said the won't/can't give me an unlock code until Friday. Can I cancel my order with them and rebuy from here?
Sporty's most likely "authorized" the amount against your card but did not actually charge your card. They will complete your order when they re-open for business and send you your unlock codes for your order. Please contact Sporty's for further assistance.
