Short-cut Keys

I can't get the shortcut keys to work from the keyboard. Standard Windows menu commands don't work either like Alt-F or Alt-E. Ctrl-D doesn't work unless I open the File menu.

This is a known issue...but I will readdress it in the next maintenance release, however, this funtionality may have to wait to be cured in the next version due to underlying issues.
