Slow Startup

I am running a Pentium IV 3.2G processor with 1G of ram. It takes about 3 minuits for Logbook Pro to initialize.It has been like this since I downloaded it before putting any flights in. This can't be right. If this program will run on windows98, it should fly on my computer.

Go into Options...Backup and disable background updates. It is most likely a conflict with your firewall system.

You Nailed it. I takes about 3 seconds to start up now.
