Resolved United Schedule Import with new CCS+

Follow the guidance in post #12.

In Settings > Schedule Importer (in APDL) make sure your filter is set correct to United CCS+.

You can then paste & process from the app the same as using APDL.net.
Your patience with us is a virtue.. cheers for that… it had a little trouble with the hotel data and the transportation data in the last import..

Other than that it’s about the same.

And likewise. We sure wish we had direct access to just import your trips without having to parse these files and figure out formats, changes, etc. It is what it is, we do the best we can.

If you have something not processing correctly, please send us the trips and details as to what's wrong via the help desk and we'll keep massaging the parser.

United has one of the best formats I've seen to date. Someone has their act together for trip schedules.

Whenever I try to print/save from within schedule importer, I get this. Any ideas on how to resolve this from within the APDL app?

We just pushed an update to APDL.net that now allows you to upload your PDF directly and we'll do the processing automatically. No longer do you need to open the PDF and select text and paste it in for processing if using APDL.net directly.

Is there any progress on making this process more efficient? It’s always kind of hit or miss downloading the a pdf and then trying upload it to APDL without having to copy and paste the text of the PDF. Imports still fail if I try and “download” through schedule importer directly from the trip detail on CCS+

My understanding is the steps in post #12 that outline creating the PDF work well. You can upload the PDF directly on APDL.net, no copy/paste required. However, you should be able to copy paste directly in APDL and it should still work but uploading the PDF avoids any formatting errors in a paste.

Here is what I figured out with schedule importer and it works perfectly every time now in the logbook pro app or ADPL.net.

When you go to trip details and then the print/save function to create the PDF.... You must select at minimum "layover information" or it will fail. You can select all trip details too. But at least layover information must be selected. Then when you go to create the PDF you MUST select either "half page" or "full page." If you select "pocket" it will fail
.
I follow how to do it per post 12, the trip says "1 trip processed" but under my trips nothing shows. Not sure what to do.

I followed the instructions per post 12 above and it says "1 trip processed" , however under my trips nothing is there.
