Unlock code does not release "activate" button

I just purchased a registration number for Logbook Pro but when I enter it and my name into the registration window, the "activate" button stays grayed out, not allowing me to click the button and activate the code.

I have tried repairing the installation and am now in the process of downloading it again in case there was a problem with the file.

Any other ideas on what may be wrong?
Ok, I've got it working. It only worked when I entered the data in when first starting the program. When I did it from the "Purchase or Enter Unlock/Upgrade Key" item in the help menu, the activate button stayed greyed out.
