Evaluation Copy Crashes

If that's the case, the installer did not complete as these files are then missing and the cause of the problem. Uninstall Logbook Pro, reboot, DELETE the Logbook Pro folder from under C:\Program Files, then install 1.9.7 after downloading, if you don't already have, the full installation build from the web site.

I'm working on 1.9.7.1, I'll investigate this issue and see if there is anything I can change in the installer to resolve this. Why these files are not appearing on this one system is unclear.

Can you open Windows Explorer and then look in C:\Windows\System32 for these files:

arpro2.dll
lbrepts.dll
ssa3d30.ocx

You may need to adjust the settings in the Windows Explorer (View...Folder Options) to show all files and not to hide extensions.

Still get a runtime error when entering my certifcate info.


I uninstalled the program. Deleted the Logbook pro folder. Re-installed programs, did the manual registar.
